You can now manage reviews for sites such as Trustpilot & Zillow through your Synup dashboard.
Learn below how you can leverage your businesses with these sites.
To connect your Trustpilot account, once you have logged in to your Synup dashboard, navigate to the settings option, under account settings.
Then select the ‘connected accounts’ from the options visible on the left panel.
Once you are into the ‘connected accounts’ page, you will see the Trustpilot connect option on the screen, along with your Google & Facebook bulk connect options.
Note: By connecting your Trustpilot account here, you will allow a bulk connection to be triggered for all locations that are added under the credentials you add here.
Now, click on the connect option to initiate the connection. This will redirect you to the Trustpilot Login page. Here add your Trustpilot login credentials to complete the bulk connection process for all locations added on the Synup dashboard(that are included under these login credentials).
Note: You need to have a paid relationship with Trustpilot to be able to respond to reviews from the Synup dashboard. If you don’t have a paid partnership you can only view your reviews.
The connection once successfully completed, you will see a confirmation for the same under connected accounts.
Now navigate to Reviews->All reviews-> and then review sources option from the three dots/hamburger sign added at the right side of the panel.
Here, you can see that the 2 sites, Trustpilot & Zillow have been added to the list of additional review sites.
To manage reviews for your Trustpilot listing, add the listing live link in the given box and then hit the Save button.
Once you click save, you will not be able to edit the link added, it will reflect as a read-only field. The expected format sample link is provided below the edit box in review sources.
Note: You will need to add live links manually for the locations under review sources, for which you want to manage reviews through the Synup dashboard.
To start seeing reviews for Zillow, just add the live link of your Zillow listing and hit save, and the sync on the dashboard will be almost instant. You can then view the reviews for Zillow from the reviews feature on the Dashboard.
The expected format sample link is provided below the edit box in review sources.
Note: The frequency of reviews being ingested for both Zillow & Trustpilot is daily.
Navigate to your reviews feature and if your Trustpilot & Zillow sites have reviews, they will show up under the all reviews section. However, an easier way to visualize is by using the filter by review site to access reviews for these sites specifically on the reviews page.
Along with the reviews, you can also view the top phrases used by customers in their reviews.
Note: Review phrases search is available for Trustpilot. This is not currently offered for Zillow.
You can respond to your Trustpilot reviews individually or in bulk.
Select the review that you want to respond to and write your response manually or use the review templates available.
Once completed, click send to share your response for review. The review response will be submitted almost instantaneously on the site.
Note: You can only respond to Trustpilot reviews if you have a paid relationship with them. When responding to Zillow reviews, the Synup UI will redirect you to the Zillow interface to submit your response.
You can also edit or delete your review response for Trustpilot.
To Bulk respond to Trustpilot reviews, simply select the reviews you wish to respond to and select respond.
Now either type in your response manually or use one of the review templates to respond to the selected reviews.

You can include Trustpilot and Zillow on your review widgets.
To access Review widgets, simply navigate to reviews and access the widgets option from the three dots/hamburger sign, located at the right side of the panel.
Click on the Create new widget option, to create your custom review widget that can be added to your business sites/websites.
Next, from the sources dropdown, select the review sources to be Trustpilot & Zillow.

Once you have created your review widget, you can access a preview of the widget on your Synup dashboard.
You can access analytics details for Trustpilot from your analytics dashboard. Navigate to the Analytics feature and then select the review analytics section.
From the review sites drop-down, select Trustpilot to view the average review rating, overall review rating, total new reviews, and review response rates, along with all review analytics data for Trustpilot.
You can also filter your review analytics metrics by dates or by a custom time period. To learn more about how to best utilize the review analytics data, refer to this article.
You can use the automation feature to respond to Trustpilot reviews or send digest emails for Zillow.
To respond to Trustpilot reviews with Automations:
Click on setup automation from the all automation section.
Then create event-based automation. To learn more about Event-based automations, refer to this article.
Now set a trigger, New reviews -> select review source -> Trustpilot
In step two, select the locations for which you need to trigger this action, with the help of tags. For details refer to this article.
Step three, select the automation action ->respond to reviews.
Finally, include a manual response or choose from the review templates to respond to your Trustpilot reviews.
Once completed, your automation to automatically respond to your Trustpilot reviews is set for every time there is a new review on the partner site for your business.
To send digest emails for your Zillow reviews with Automations:
Click on setup automation from the all automations section.
Then create an event-based automation. To learn more about Event-based automation, refer to this article.
Now set a trigger, New reviews -> select review source -> Zillow
Step two, select the locations for which you need to trigger this action, with the help of tags. For details refer to this article.
Step three, select the automation action ->Send digest email/send an email.
Finally, select the frequency of the email to be sent, the recipients to whom the emails need to be sent, the subject of the email, and the body of the email.
Once completed, you are all set to send out auto-generated emails/digest emails every time you have a new review.
