Through the Mobile App, you also can filter your reviews by four different segments.
Filter by Ratings - View your reviews based on the rating they have received. Select the rating dropdown from the reviews section to choose your options.
Once you have selected the checkboxes for the reviews you want to view, select apply, and the relevant reviews will show up on the screen.
Filter by Sources - View your reviews based on the directory sources by selecting the sources dropdown from the reviews section to choose your options.
Once you have selected the checkboxes for the sources, select apply, and the relevant reviews for the selected sources will show up on the screen.
Filter by Status - To view your reviews based on their status (Responded/Not Responded), select the status dropdown from the reviews section to choose your options.
Once you have selected the checkboxes for the status type, select apply, and the relevant reviews for the selected status type will show up on the screen.
Filter by Date-stamp - In addition to all of the above filters, you can also view reviews for a particular date stamp. Unlike the other filters, this is visible on the home screen of your Mobile App.
Select from the drop-down options, the duration for which you want to view the data. You can select between the last 7 days, 30 days, 60 days & 90 days. You do not have the option to filter by custom date range.
Note: when you change the date stamp filter, it also applies to the data insights attribute visible on the home screen. The data visible for the insights attribute as well will update for the selected date range.
