The core intention behind the design of our Synup Mobile App is to empower all our customers to access & interact with their locations when on the go, with ease.
Considering this is a Mobile app, it quite obviously comes with certain limitations. With the Mobile app, you can take a glance at some essential attributes of your locations. Here are some quick actionable available through the Mobile app:
- View reviews
- Real-time notifications for New review
- Roll up review reports - positive/negative
- Filter reviews by ratings, sources & status
- Respond to reviews with review templates with the push of a button- Single & bulk
- Get a peek into Profile analytics - filter by profile views & website views
- Feed suggestions
- Responding to the feed suggestions

Note: Synup Mobile app is accessible only to direct clients of Synup and not any white-labeled clients.
Synup Mobile- Android app download
- Synup Mobile android app is accessible to all admins of an active registered Synup account. If you are an additional user, you need to have permissions to features such as interactions, analytics, listings & Feed to get the complete Mobile experience and access to at least one active location on the dashboard.
- When the above is true - you can download the app and use the available features/attributes.
- Visit the Google Playstore -> search of Synup -> download & install the application.

Synup Mobile -ios AppStore download
- Synup Mobile iOS app is accessible to all admins of an active registered Synup account.
