How to set up & manage notifications
Synup lets you customize which notifications you want to receive by email. You can easily toggle each notification on or off, depending on what’s relevant to you.
How to Enable or Disable Notifications
Navigate to Notifications in your account settings.
You’ll see a list of all notification categories (Dashboard, Customers, Documents, Invoices, and Calendars).
Use the toggle switch next to each item to turn notifications ON (to receive emails) or OFF (to stop emails).
Changes are saved automatically.
