How to manage all your documents in one view
The "All Documents" dashboard in Synup OS provides a powerful, centralized view for managing all your documents. You can easily filter, sort, and take action on any document to streamline your workflow.
1. Navigate to All Documents
From the left-hand menu, click on Documents, then select All Documents. This page provides a comprehensive list of all your documents.
2. Filter Documents
Use the filters at the top of the list to quickly find the documents you need:
Document Type: Click on Document Type to filter by document type, such as "Proposal," "Quote," "Contract," or "Other."
Document Owner: Click on Document Owner to filter by the user who owns the document.
Status: Click on Status to filter by the document's current status, such as "Draft," "Open," "Sent," or "Expired."
3. Customize Your View
To customize which columns are visible, click the Display Preferences icon (three horizontal bars) on the right side of the screen.
A panel will appear, allowing you to select which fields you want to show or hide, such as "Title," "Receiver," "Owner," and more. You can also reorder the columns by dragging and dropping them.
4. Take Action
To perform an action on a specific document, click the three dots (â‹®) to the right of the document's entry.
A dropdown menu will appear with a list of actions you can perform, such as "View as Customer" "Download PDF," "Send email," "Update," or "Delete."
