How to use your Synup OS dashboard
Your Synup OS dashboard is a centralized hub that provides a quick overview of your business operations. It’s designed to help you monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage your daily tasks.
1. View Business Insights
The top of your dashboard gives you a snapshot of your Business Insights. You can see high-level metrics for:
Total Clients: The total number of clients you have.
Clients at High Risk: The number of clients who are at risk of churning.
Total Leads: The total number of leads in your pipeline.
Overdue Tasks: The number of tasks that are past their due date.
2. Monitor Your Pipeline and Client Health
Below the business insights, you’ll find two key sections:
Sales Pipeline: This funnel provides a visual representation of your sales opportunities, showing the number of leads at each stage of your pipeline.
Client Pulse: This chart shows the risk level of your clients, categorizing them as Low Risk, Medium Risk, or High Risk, so you can quickly identify clients who may need attention.
3. Track Invoices and Activities
The middle section of the dashboard helps you stay on top of daily tasks and financial matters:
All Invoices: You can view a list of invoices that are due soon, including the next reminder date for each.
All Activities: This section shows upcoming meetings, calls, and tasks, ensuring you don’t miss any important client interactions.
4. Identify Potential Client Churn
At the bottom of the dashboard, the Potential Reasons for Client Churn section helps you proactively manage client relationships.
This table lists clients along with their Risk Level and the Potential Reason for Churn, such as missed payments, low engagement, or recent negative feedback.
You can also configure churn for all your clients from here.
By monitoring this section, you can take timely action to address issues and retain your clients.
Your Synup OS dashboard is more than just a home screen—it's a comprehensive command center for your business. By regularly checking these sections, you can make informed decisions, prioritize urgent tasks, and maintain a healthy, growing client base.
