How to use saved prospect lists

Saved prospect lists are a great way to organize and manage your leads. You can easily view, enrich, and export your prospect data, and you'll only be able to see their full contact details after they have been added to a list.

You can add new prospects to saved lists to better manage and export your contact data. You can only see contact details of prospects after they are added to a list.

1. Navigate to Saved Prospect Lists

  • From the left-hand menu, go to Prospects and then click on Saved Prospects.

  • This page displays all the prospect lists you have created. Click on any list to view the prospects within it.

2. View Prospect Details

  • After opening a list, you'll see all the prospects you've saved. For each prospect, you can view basic information and a View Profile button.

  • Once a prospect is added to a list, you can see their contact details on the right side of the page, including phone numbers, emails, and websites.

3. Use AI to Enrich Data

  • Synup OS's AI can help you enrich your prospect data with more insights.

  • Click the Add AI Enriched Data button in the top-right corner.

  • In the pop-up, you can write a prompt to find specific information about the saved businesses, such as a list of services they provide. You can also specify how often you want this data to be updated (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly). Our AI populates this data by searching the web. AI fields are best for finding prospect information you’d otherwise have to Google.

  • Click Add Field to All Prospects to apply this enrichment to your entire list.

4. Export Your List

  • To export your prospect data, click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

  • From the dropdown menu, you can choose to export the list as a CSV, XLSX, or JSON file. This allows you to easily use the data in other tools for outbound, marketing, or for offline analysis.

5. View Full Profile

  • To see a detailed view of a prospect, click the View Profile button next to their name.

  • This opens a full profile with a wealth of information, including Business Facets, SEO & Traffic, Social Media Presence, and Ratings & Reviews.

By leveraging saved prospect lists, you can keep your lead data organized, up-to-date, and actionable. This streamlined process not only saves you time but also provides the detailed insights you need to effectively engage with your prospects and drive your sales efforts forward.
