How to activate AI Listings?
Customers can request activation of the AI Listings right from their Dashboard. Here's how you can send you a request for AI Listings:
Click AI Listings under the Listings.
Click “Request Callback” to request the feature
Note: A notification email requesting voice enablement for this location is sent to us or your Agency by clicking the “Request Callback”.
AI Listings Sync:
The AI Listings feature syncs a user’s business location information from their dashboard across supported AI sites - OpenAI, Google Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Intellychat, and Myndmeld.
How the AI visibility score is calculated?
Measure your business's presence across leading AI search engines. Our proprietary algorithm calculates an AI visibility score by assigning weighted values to different AI platforms. The weightage is distributed as follows:
OpenAI: 30%
Google Gemini: 15%
Perplexity: 15%
Microsoft Copilot: 10%
Intellychat: 15%
Myndmeld: 15%
Track your presence on various AI platforms
Identify and track which AI search engines list your business, offering valuable insights into your digital footprint across these platforms. If a site is marked as "listed," it means your business is discoverable and generates valid results when searched on that platform. Sites marked as "submitted" indicate that we have successfully shared your business information with the AI platform, and it is currently being processed.
Clicking on the ‘listed’ link will take you to the AI platform to obtain verifiable URLs to confirm your business's presence on various AI platforms.
Fine-Tune business information
Easily update and optimize your business details to enhance visibility and performance across AI search engines, ensuring your information is accurate. To update business information click on the edit icon and it’ll take you to the ‘Business info’ page to update any required information.
AI-Generated Business Tips
