Publisher limitations on Automation flows

Publisher limitations on Automation flows

 

When creating Automations, some Publisher networks have limitations.

Added below are some:

  • Update Logo - Works only with 21 of 28 selected publishers.(Not supported by - Bing, Foursquare, YellowBot, Local469, WherzIt, Enroll Business, eBusiness pages, MyLocal Services).
  • Add additional categories - Works only with 5 of 28 selected publishers.(Google, Facebook, iBegin, LocalUnity, MerchantsNearby)
  • Update Website URL - Works only with 27 of 28 selected publishers (Not supported by - Wherezit & eBusinesspages)
  • Update Business description - Works only with 27 of 28 selected publishers.(Not supported by Bing, Wherzeit & eBusinesspages )
  • Update Business tagline - Works only with 1 of 28 selected publishers. (Supported by Yellowbot & iBegin)
  • Update payment methods - Works only with 13 of 28 selected publishers. (Not supported by - Bing, Foursquare, CitySquare, ChamberOfCommerce, EZlocal, JudysBook, Cylex, BrownBook, Local469, Wherezit, UScity, eBusinessPages, OpenDi)
  • Temporarily closed - Works only with 1 of 28 selected publishers. (Supported by Google. Bing does not support Temporarily Closed via the API. And there are sites that won't allow the business to be marked as closed on all days of the week.
  • Update Location cover - Works only with 4 of 28 selected publishers. (Supported by Google, LocalMint, iBegin, N49)
  • Update operating hours - Works with 28 of 28 selected publishers.(Not supported by Wherzeit & eBusiness pages)

Note - These limitations are due to site restrictions.

Like for example - Bing does not support Temporarily Closed via the API.

Then there are sites that won't allow the business to be marked as closed on all days of the week
