5. Offline Payment Methods
Scroll down and you’ll see an option to add offline payment methods. This is helpful if you want to add custom payment options like Bank or Wire for clients who prefer this.
Click Add Payment Method. Fill in the necessary details. For example, if you choose Bank, then mention the necessary bank details where you want to receive funds.
Click Enable so that the payment option to show up when creating invoices. You can select it as a default payment option, and it will be auto-selected for all future invoices you create from OS. Save Changes before you exit.
6. Test Your Setup
Create a test invoice, choose payment methods, and enable payment gateways in the invoice. You will only see your connected payment gateway.
Click the payment link in the invoice to ensure it directs to your gateway’s payment page.
Complete a small test payment to verify successful processing.
6. Start Accepting Payments
Once connected, all invoices you send will include a Pay Now button. Your customers can use this to pay directly via the configured payment gateway.
Tip: You can connect multiple payment gateways and set one as default. This gives customers more payment options and increases conversion rates.
