Reviews are a great way to engage with customers and build a reputation across business transactions. To help you manage your brand identity, Synup’s Reputation Management enables you to monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings across platforms in real-time.
All the reviews that you receive for your business locations are displayed under Reviews ->All reviews -> View and Respond to Reviews.
The Review Overview card at the top displays a quick summary of your business interactions from across platforms for a single Location:

All reviews received for this Location are displayed in individual review cards listed. You can customize your view using a filter and sort options to display reviews from a particular period, type, or review source.
You respond to reviews individually or use review response templates for quick responses.
To respond to individual reviews: Use the Universal Search bar to choose a location you want to manage.
Scroll to a review and click on Respond.
Type your response directly in the text box and click Send to post your response.
