What can freemium clients access
Clients Active on Freemium will have access to a Whitelabel dashboard that will allow them to access their listings and reviews for a location that you’ve added for them.
Listings for Locations on Freemium
On Freemium, your clients will have their locations listed on Synup's Premium Partner Networks - Google, Facebook, Judy’s Book, EZlocal, and US City.
Your freemium clients have the ability to request for an upgrade that allows them to get their locations listed on 25+ additional Premium Partner Networks.
Reviews for Locations on Freemium
Your Freemium Clients can view their customer reviews and ratings on Google and Facebook received in the last 60 days.
To avail of any of the additional functions on the Reviews dashboard such as downloading review reports, or viewing reviews from customized time periods, users will have to request an upgrade to Premium.
Note: All other feature tabs will be visible for the location, however when they open the tab by clicking on it, they will receive a notification to upgrade their package.
