Voice for Agency: Upgrading your White-labeled Clients with the VSO

As Agencies, you can upgrade your White-labeled clients (SMB clients managed by your Agency) with the Voice Search Optimizer Package from the Agency Settings on your dashboard.

  • How to enable Voice for a Location without Email Notification from the Upgrade Path

How to enable Voice for your White-labeled clients

The Agency Admin or Manager (or a role with enabled permission) can access VSO settings under the Agency Settings.

Click the Account Settings button and select Settings from the drop-down options.  


Click Agency Settings from the left navigation panel and then click on Voice Package.


You can set your Voice Package settings from this space.  

  • Enable VSO Upgrade Path

    Enable this option if you want to allow all of your account white-labeled clients to actively discover Voice Listings as an option for each of their account locations.
    Your white-labeled clients can then contact you via email by clicking ‘contact us’ on their respective Voice Optimizer pages to request voice activation for their location.

If you want to run your own campaigns to solicit accounts to activate Voice Listings for selected client locations deselect this box.

  • Email Notification Recipient
    The email address you enter here will receive all request notifications every time an SMB client attempts to activate voice listings for a location from the “Enable VSO Upgrade Path”.

Once you receive an email notification request from your client you can speak to the client and then activate voice for them if you wish. You can enable voice for the requested location from the location's Business Information Page.

How to process client email requests for VSO Upgrade

When you enable Voice for white-labeled clients, their dashboard will display a Voice Listings page under Presence. From this space, your clients can reach out to you to activate Voice for their Locations by clicking ‘Contact Us’.


Once you receive an email notification request from your client you can go ahead and enable voice for the requested location once you have come to an agreement for access to the feature.

Click the link in the email request. This will redirect you to your workspace to access the Location for which you need to enable Voice.

Scroll to the bottom of this Business Information Page.


Enable this checkbox to activate Voice for this location.

Note: Once this feature is enabled for a Location it cannot be disabled. For more information, you reach out to us at support@synup.com

How to enable Voice for a Location without Email Notification from the Upgrade Path

Access a Location you want to enable Voice for from the Location Manager.
Click a Location to access the business information page and scroll to the bottom.
Enable this checkbox to activate Voice for this location.

Note: Once this feature is enabled for a Location it cannot be disabled. For more information, you reach out to us at support@synup.com.
