Clientjoy allows you to create and use your own email templates for all the email communication that happens with your Leads or Clients. You can use your brand communication guidelines within your email templates.

Auto reminders that are sent for the Invoice or Document
Direct emails that you write to your Lead / Client using Clientjoy's Mailbox feature.
Navigate to Settings > Email templates
Choose the Feature in tab for choosing the emails that you want to modify.
Click on New Template
Update the Subject and Body of the email that you want to share.
You can also use merge fields in the subject & email body to personalise the email.
Navigate to Settings > Email templates
Choose the tab > Custom email templates
Click on new Template.
Update the Subject and Body of the email that you want to share.
You can also use merge fields in the subject & email body to personalise the email.
Put your cursor in the email body or subject
Press key "["
All available merge fields for that email will open for you to choose from.
Custom fields are also available in the merge field
Navigate to Settings > Connected Apps
In the section > MAILBOX & CALENDAR INTEGRATION
Click on Mailbox email signature
Click on configure email signature to set your email signature
Use merge field [Sender.Signature] to use your signature in the email templates.
You'll find a toggle in front of each email template for Document / Invoice.
Turn it off to stop sending those emails.
