Setup stages of your Sales Pipeline
Define stages for your Leads
In Clientjoy you get a default Sales Pipeline with some stages in it.
For setting up your sales pipeline first define your sales pipeline
How many stages will your sales pipeline have?
What will be the names of each stage?
What will define a Lead's entry and exit criteria of a stage?
Who will be responsible for each stage?
Now you can rename existing stages, add new stages or move stages to setup your required sales pipeline.
Navigate to Main navigation > Sales > Lead
Rename or Remove an existing Stage
Adding a new stage
Scroll horizontally to the end of the sales pipeline. Click on add a new stage button to add a new stage.
Moving a Stage
Move the newly created stage or an existing stage to desired position.
