How to search for reviews
We've introduced a workflow to help you search for reviews with a keyword or phrase.
To use this, navigate to Reviews ->All Reviews in the overhead navigation bar.
Click the search icon on your Reviews page.
This icon will open the search box. Type in your keyword or phrase.
Hit Enter or click on the search icon in the white-box to perform the search.
This keyword or phrase essentially becomes a filter that is applied to your results.
The results will display all the reviews that contain the keyword or phrase you've entered. The entered term will be highlighted in each review.
Now Just click 'Respond' to respond to these reviews.
