How to schedule review acquisitions

If you manage multi-locations spread across different countries you’ll want to ensure that your review acquisitions go out to customers at an appropriate local time. This increases your chance of getting a response and makes your review acquisitions more successful.

Our Schedule Acquisition option allows you to schedule review acquisitions to go out to customers at their respective local time during which they are most likely to be active.

Click the date picker to choose a date and then the appropriate local time when you want to schedule the review acquisition email /SMS.


Then click Launch Acquisition.
