How to resolve an error CSV upload (multiple users)

If your CSV file upload is unsuccessful, a download link displays in the notification card.

Refer to the Instruction Guide, or follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Download Error CSV link displayed in the error notification card. Open this file using a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  2. This file contains all user that failed data validation, along with descriptions of the errors.
  3. You can use this file to make the required changes to your data.
  4. Save the edited file as CSV and click Select CSV File on your dashboard to upload the file.

Once your CSV file is successfully uploaded, all users are successfully added to your account.

Note: To invite users, you must have admin or manager account access enabled.
