How to manage users

You can access a list of all the users you have invited to collaborate on your dashboard. We have introduced filters and search options in the action panel to allow you quick access.


  1. Select All: Mark this checkbox to select all users in your user listing to perform bulk actions.

  2. Name: Use the search icon to search users by name. You can also sort users by alphabetical order by clicking the Sort icon.

  3. Email: Use the search icon to search users by email address. You can also sort users by alphabetical order by clicking the Sort icon.

  4. Role: Click the filter icon and choose from the options to filter users by -roles.

  5. Status: Click the filter icon and choose from the options to filter users by their status Active, Invite Expired, Invite Pending, and Disabled.

Edit Users

Account owners and users with admin and manager permissions enabled can reassign roles and assets (locations and folders) to users they manage.  

To edit a User: Access Account Settings in the overhead navigation bar and click Settings from the drop-down menu and then select people.

Then, access a user you want to manage from the list of users.


Note: You can search for users by name or email address.

Hover over the user listing to access the edit function and click the edit icon.  


Here, choose to reassign a role or add/delete location and folders.


Click Save User after you have made the required changes. 

Note: User Role is a mandatory field.
