How to disable users

How to disable users

Disabling a user temporarily denies them access to their location data or from performing any administrative actions on locations assigned to them. You can reactivate disabled users from your dashboard when required.

To Disable a user

Access Account Settings in the overhead navigation bar and click Settings from the drop-down menu and then select People to access your account user listing.

Access the user you want to disable and click More Actions (three vertical dots) and choose Disable User.

Disabling Multiple Users

To disable multiple users, select the checkboxes against the users you want to disable or click the select all checkbox at the top.

Click More Actions in the overhead function panel and select Disable.

Click Disable Users to confirm.

Once a user is disabled they will no longer have access to a workspace to view or manage their location data.
