How to create custom attributes for all locations(at account level)

You can create a custom attribute for all locations within your account or for all locations that belong to a particular business category.

You can access Location Attributes to create and view all your account location Attributes.

Creating Custom Attributes for All Locations

Access the Settings from the drop-down account settings tab.

Navigate to Location Attributes from the side navigation panel and click Create New Attribute displayed in the top-right corner.

Define the type of attribute you want to create:

Attribute Name

The name you set for the attribute should be between 2-225 characters.

For example, WiFi availability

Attribute Description

A description of your attribute.

For example, This attribute will indicate if a location supports or does not support WiFi.

Attribute Format

Choose a format for your attribute.

Default Value

You can choose to set a default value for the attribute, however, this is optional.

For example, when for WiFi availability you can set the default value as ‘yes’.

Visible to

You can choose to create the attribute as visible to:

  1. All Locations - creates the attribute for all locations within the account.
  2. Selected Category - creates the attribute for all locations that belong to a particular business category.

Click Save Attribute to create the attribute.
