How to add locations to the freemium plan

The admin of an agency can add a client’s location from the Agency Dashboard. 

Before you begin adding Locations Freemium ensure that your Whitelabel Dashboard and Whitelabel email notifications set-up have been completed.

Click Add Location displayed in the overhead navigation panel to access the New Location Wizard.  

Click the Package drop-down tab and choose Freemium from the list to activate this location on the Freemium Package.

Once you’ve selected Freemium, you will be able to add the client’s email and name.

Note: Both fields - User Email and First Name (of the client) are mandatory and have to be filled to create this location.

Note: Certain Location attributes such as - Special Hours, Business Website, Additional Business Categories are only available as part of Synup Premium.

Your client will receive an email notification via the Whitelabel email notification system, with an access link to log in to your Whitelabel dashboard. The client is required to setup login credentials to access your Whitelabel dashboard.

Once your client has successfully logged into your workspace they can get started with managing their listings and reviews. 

Note: Adding a Location on Freemium does not affect your billing subscription and the customer does not get charged.
