How do I edit or delete a review response once it’s posted?
Yes, you can now modify review responses posted for Facebook and Google reviews. You can update a response with more information or delete any response made by error.
To make changes to a response you’ve posted:
- Access the review response under Reviews for the Location.
- Click the edit icon and edit your response.
- Click Update to post your response.
- You can also delete the response by clicking the Delete icon.
Note: You can edit responses on Facebook recommendations, however, deleting responses isn't supported for Facebook yet.
