Approval Workflow

The approval Flow feature is where you can ensure that all posts are reviewed and approved before they go live. 

 How does it work?

An edit user who has permission only to create a post and send it for approval.


An admin user gets a notification and displays it in the Dashboard under the task section to view posts. 


You can view the post created by the Edit user, and the ability to edit and publish. Along with this, you can reject a post with the note “why the post was rejected”




Clicking on the post you can view the reason why the post was rejected.
