The revamped Profile Analytics module enables you to clearly monitor the revenue impact of your digital profiles and every interaction on your profiles from one place.
Login to your Synup account. Navigate to Analytics → Profile Analytics.
Every KPI on the Profile Analytics dashboard can be monitored directly as a metric or in terms of its revenue impact.
For example, in the Website Views widget, click on “Revenue” to switch the widget to Revenue monitoring mode.
Click on “Add Revenue” to configure the exact revenue impact of each type of interaction is.
On this screen, enter the dollar value for each action. Realistically, profile views will be worth a lesser amount of revenue compared to direction requests or check-ins which are surer signs of customer spending at your business, and therefore those types of interactions have a larger revenue impact on your business.
For now, however, as an example, we’ve added $20 uniformly for every interaction in the screenshot above.
Close the ROI configurator screen and you’ll see that the widget has been updated to show the revenue impact.
