You can edit SMS credits that have been pre-assigned to locations, from your Review Acquisition Dashboard.
Note: Only Admin users of an account can assign/reassign credits to locations within the account. Ensure that you have adequate permissions and role access.
Access your Review Acquisition Dashboard.
Click the More Actions button and select SMS Credits from the drop-down menu.
The information card on the left shows you the available credits for this account and the option to assign credits to a location.
Select the locations that you wish to reallocate credits to
Once you’ve selected the locations, click on “Add/Remove Credits”
Removing credits from a specific location adds it back to the common pool of “Available Credits” so you can allocate it elsewhere.
Click Update to save your changes.
Note: You will not be able to assign credits to an unapproved location. Ensure that your Locations are approved before assigning credits.
