Downloading the Mobile app
Visit the Google play store or the iOS AppStore and search for Synup to download and install your mobile device application.
Once you have downloaded the app, login into the account with your existing Synup dashboard credentials to access the attributes of Synup Mobile.

Once you have downloaded the mobile app, you will see a glimpse of the roll-up reviews (Positive/negative) and some profile insights for all your locations and the feed cards for all your locations.
To view the same details for a single location, use the dropdown on the screen's top to search for a single location.
At the bottom of the screen is the navigation bar that easily lets you switch between sections
- Home: This screen provides you quick insight into your performance metrics for selected locations, and easy access to manage specific settings via the Suggestions section
- Content: The Content section lets you manage information about each of your locations on the go. You can edit business information such as the business address, change operating hours, add or remove cover and business images on the go.
- Reviews: This section lets you monitor incoming reviews for each of your locations and decide how to respond accordingly. You can also access customized templates to provide responses to customers with just one tap.
