You can view and manage your reviews for your locations through the Mobile app.
From the home screen of your mobile app, navigate to the view all reviews option. Once you do that, you will see the reviews of the location you have selected or the reviews for all the locations you can access.
To respond to the review - select the 'respond' option. You will see a window respond to the review. You can either respond in your own words or respond with a review template that has already been added to your account.
To respond to multiple reviews, long press on one review, and you will notice a checkbox on the selected review and then choose multiple other reviews you want to respond to.
Again, you can respond to these reviews in your own words or through review templates already added to your account.
Once you have added your review response, you will see a pop-up asking you for confirmation. If you want to send the responses ->Select Yes to confirm.
Once you click on the confirmation “OKAY, GOT IT,” you will be taken back to the review screen to see that the responses have been posted.
Note: You cannot set up/create review templates from the Mobile app. You can only perform this activity when you have logged in into your Synup account on a desktop.
