Our focus has always been inclined towards helping you sourcing out quality and reliable business information to your customers online.
If your business is affected by COVID-19, it’s best to keep your Business profiles updated on your dashboard to make sure your customers have the most important and accurate information about your locations.
Here’s a checklist of information that might need regular updates to keep your customers well informed:
Business Operation Hours
If your business hours have changed, or your business is temporarily closed as a preventive measure, ensure that you communicate these changes to your customers online so they know when to visit your business and the times that your business will be closed. You can also use special hours to schedule days that you will have limited business operations.
Relevant Business Information
You can use the business description section to temporarily display any relevant messaging such as whether or not your business operations have been affected by COVID-19, delays or changes in service, or any additional precautions being taken.
For example, as a restaurant, you can mention that while your dine-in services are closed, your restaurant locations provide take-out/delivery/“contact-free” options to customers located in close proximity to the restaurant.

Ensure your phone number is correct and operational so customers can contact you for any additional queries.
Website and Links
You can update your business website links to redirect users to a dedicated website landing page for COVID-19 Response and Support to communicate directly and more effectively with customers.
Share updates via Post
You can use Posts to share real-time updates about availability/limited supply of products and services, links to support pages from your website, expected changes to your business, and other relevant updates that your customers might look forward to. Learn more about how to create Posts.
Note: While we recommend keeping your business profiles updated from your dashboard the changes you make may not be instantly updated across listings due to data sync constraints with certain Partner Networks amid the COVID-19 outbreak. You can learn more about this limitation here.
