You can access all your Feed cards under the Feed tab display in the overhead navigation bar.
To respond to a Cards click on the appropriate CTA. You can even choose to skip the card if you want to respond to it later.
You can use various filters to view specific cards you might want to respond to first. The filter options at the top allow you to filter and sort cards by - status, chronology, and type - review cards, media cards, etc.
Responding to Predictive Suggestion Cards
Predictive Suggestions help keep your business updated for any upcoming holidays and special events.
If your business operating hours are expected to change you can schedule special hours for your Business Location from here. Click Add Special Hours and set your operating hours for the upcoming day.
Note: These holiday hours will automatically revert to your regular business hours after the holiday event is over.
Responding to Content Cards
Content cards include suggestions to update your business profiles with important and relevant information.
You can respond to these cards by simply clicking on Yes or No. You can choose to skip cards that are not particularly relevant to your location.
Responding to Review Cards
You can respond to review cards directly by clicking the Respond button and typing in a response. You can also use Review Response templates if this has been enabled for your account. Learn More about Review Response Templates here.
Responding to User Question Cards
User Questions typically include Google Q&A asked by users publically about your brand. You can use the filter options displayed above to view only User Questions for a location.
To respond to any User Question, simply type in an appropriate response and click Reply.
Note: You can also view Feed cards for tagged locations. The Location Information will be displayed at the top of the Feed Card.
