Disabling a user temporarily denies them access to their location data or from performing any administrative actions on locations assigned to them. You can reactivate disabled users from your dashboard when required.
To Disable a user
Access Account Settings in the overhead navigation bar and click Settings from the drop-down menu.
From the left navigation panel select People to access your account user listing.
Access the user you want to disable and click More Actions (three vertical dots) and chose Disable User.
Disabling Multiple Users:
To disable multiple users, mark the checkboxes against the users you want to disable. Click More Actions in the overhead function panel and select Disable.
