You can manage SMS credits for review acquisitions directly from your review acquisition dashboard. This includes the allocation of SMS credits for different locations within your account.
Note: Only Admin users of an account can assign credits to locations within the account. Ensure that you have adequate permissions and role access.
Managing your SMS credits
Access your Review Acquisition Dashboard.
Click the More Actions button and select SMS Credits from the drop-down menu.
This is the central view of the SMS credit purchased and allocated to different locations for sending out SMS review campaigns.
The information card on the left shows you the available credits for this account and the option to assign credits to a location.
Assigning Credits to Locations
Select the locations you want to manage credit allocation for.
Click on Add/Remove Credits
For each location, you can choose to allocate SMS credits which will be deducted from the existing pool
You can remove credits at any location by either reducing them to an amount less than zero or typing in a negative (-) sign before the credit amount. This removes the SMS credits allocated to that location and adds them back into the common pool for you to reallocate again.
Click Update to apply changes.
Note: Only account users with Admin roles and permissions enabled can edit SMS credits.
Note 2: Agencies with multiple accounts can also allocate SMS credits to each account from the “Accounts” section.
In the case of archived locations, we do not restore unused credits (that were previously allocated to this location) to your Account/sub-account. If the same location is reactivated (unarchived), the location will have zero credits and the admin of the account will have to re-assign credits to the location.

Note: Each month every location within your account will be allocated 50 SMS credits by default. If these SMS Credits are not used, they will lapse.
