Click the Account Settings tab displayed in the overhead navigation bar and access Billing.
The side navigation panel allows you to access an Overview of your subscription information and your account Billing History.
This tab allows you to access an overview of the current plan, subscription details, and payment details.
You can also edit your card payment details from this space.
This tab allows you to access all the invoicing history.
You can also download an invoice from this space by clicking PDF from the Download column.
Note: Synup follows an auto-renewal process on the lapse of your annual contract. In case you wish to cancel your account subscription with Synup at your annual contract closure, please reach out to your CSM or firstname.lastname@example.org at least 1 month before the contract end date.
