How do I regain access to my Yelp business, that has already been claimed?

If your business Yelp listing has been claimed by another you can Request Ownership of a business listing.

To verify that you are the owner of your business, Yelp may call the number listed on your business page and prompt you to enter a verification code. Please ensure you are at your place of business to answer this phone call.

If you aren't able to claim your business on Yelp using phone verification, you'll receive a prompt to submit a report to the Yelp Support team, which will include information about your business and the time of the attempt that they can use to assist you.
